I’ve been to Fusion in Arguineguin about five times now and it’s one of my favourite restaurants in Gran Canaria! I admit I don’t get to eat out much in Las Palmas so maybe I ought to try some restaurants there, but if we’re just talking about restaurants in the south, this one is great. I love Asian food and this is a good place if you want a nice meal. I don’t mind the Chinese all you can eat buffets either but this is the perfect place for a nice meal out.
Most dishes are Thai or Thai fusion and there are also some nice wines. This restaurant is about five minutes walk from Arguineguin harbour and it’s open all day and evening but closes from 4 until 7pm except at weekends.

The pumpkin curry is gorgeous and the pad Thai is really authentic. If you want a starter, try the vegetarian mixed tapas. They’re really good value. Don’t forget to ask about the daily specials.
Whatever you order at Fusion Arguineguin is sure to be good. I’ve never been disappointed anyway and, where restaurants are concerned, I don’t give praise lightly! 🙂
